INGREDIENT:
1) Left over bread, any type
2) 3 eggs
3) 3 cups of milk
4) any type of dried fruit (e.g. raisins, apricots, nuts, etc)
5) 4 to 5 teaspoon of sugar (I skip this)
6) jam, chocolate or peanut spread, if desire
STEPS:
1) oil the loaf tin generously
2) tear the left-over bread or line them as they are and in the loaf tin layer by layer
In between each layer of layer of bread, sprinkle dried fruits or spread them with jam (can be one layer with dried fruits, one layer with spread)
3) pour beaten eggs, milk and sugar over the layered-bread and let them soar by at least 1/2 hour
5) bake the loaf at 180degree C for at least 45 to 55 min or until the bread/egg set and become golden brown.
6) Cool and cut like slices of loaf-cake. If wanted them to be more delicious, can spread more jam or other toppings, or eat with fresh fruits.
