It took seven centuries but it’s finally here: luxury toilet paper. Paper-products manufacturer Renova –controversial in Europe for its toilet paper advertising campaigns in which disrobed couples lounge among the rolls – has developed the world’s first black toilet paper. The Portuguese firm is in good company; Germans have Charmin Deluxe (toilet paper “with a Gucci look and feel”) and pineapple enzyme-infused toilet paper is a wellestablished
product in Japan.
